My passion for helping others discover and reach their potential led me to join the John Maxwell Team.  I have over 20 years experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals in the corporate world and in the community.  I have spent close to 25 years in the mortgage industry and hold the designations of Master Certified Mortgage Banker and Certified Mortgage Technologist.   I have personally used these tools to enhance my own leadership, thinking, development and decision-making skills to create a more balanced lifestyle.  I have been studying and personally implementing the philosophies behind personal development, leadership, connecting and influence for many years.
